Frequently asked questions

Can I order a custom size canvas?

No. Our canvas prints are currently available in 6 sizes: 8″ x 8″, 8″ x 12″, 12″ x 12″, 12″ x 16″, 16″ x 24″, 24″ x 36″. If you’re interested in a large canvas print to fill a big blank space, we recommend our 24” x 36” or 16” x 24” size. On the other hand, our small canvas prints are great for accenting gallery walls or entryways.

We recommend uploading high-resolution photos for your canvas print. High-res photos will give you the sharpest prints possible. Also, don’t forget to match the shape of your upload to the shape of your canvas to avoid any white margins.

Yes. You’ll be able to crop your photo and preview it in layout. If you’re using a rectangular photo for a square canvas, you’ll likely need to make some image layout adjustments to prevent white margins. (Need help? Just give us a call.)

Good quality - well stapled on the back; nice bright colors, canvas does not look faded at all. Packaged well so as not to slide around inside the box. Picture is of the back side - you don't all need to see my crazy family :)

The canvas print was a gift for my niece and her husband. They are ecstatic! It's a photo of their labradoodle looking out the window toward the Statue of Liberty. The resolution is very good and the black and white photo match their modern decor perfectly. The print was delivered on time and I received a verification that their doorman had signed for the delivery.

    I am a 30 year professional photographer and recently traveled to France for vacation. I gave myself a photo project utilizing a plastic camera and film. My goal was to create impressionistic photographs by making images where the grain was visible and very chunky. I did extensive research upon my return home as to which company to print with. AdrisPrint was my choice and I could not be happier. The end result was fantastic.

    A friend of mine took this photo and posted it on Facebook. I was mesmerized by just looking at it not even knowing what it was. I messaged her and she told me that it was a picture of a birch trees bark. I went to Adris and took about three minutes of time and ordered a canvas of it. It was returned in a timely fashion, and it looks great! I might give it as a gift or… Probably keep it for myself!
